Major depressive disorders: 10 mg once daily. The dose may be increased to a maximum of 20 mg daily. Panic disorder: 5 mg daily for the first week then increasing to 10 mg daily. Escitalopram Contraindications
Most everything but the weight gain and loss of libido usually goes away within a couple of weeks.
